About Eedi
Eedi is a UK-based applied research organisation on a mission to improve learning outcomes for a billion students by 2030. Over the last decade, we have developed a deep understanding of how students learn, diagnosing knowledge gaps and the precise support they need to excel.
Our diagnostic engine, built in partnership with leading global foundations and publishers, is grounded in a decade of classroom data. The world's only education-focused AI infrastructure validated by gold-standard science, Eedi makes personalised and adaptive learning accessible to all students, not just those with the means to afford it.
Why we need you
We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to serve as Eedi's dedicated point of contact for our critical partners in the United States. You'll be the bridge between our partner's needs and Eedi's capabilities, coordinating delivery on commitments while building a deep, strategic relationship with our most important partners.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
Own the partner relationship end-to-end: Serve as the single point of contact, building deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the partner organisation.
Understand and translate partner needs: Work closely with the partner to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements, then collaborate internally to determine how we can best meet those needs.
Coordinate roadmap delivery: Ensure our internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) are aligned on partner priorities and delivering on roadmap commitments on time and to specification.
Manage bespoke development: Coordinate custom product development work, working closely with product and engineering teams to scope, prioritise, and deliver partner-specific features and enhancements.
Provide ongoing support: Ensure continued partner success following completion of roadmap items, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
Be a strategic advisor: Help the partner maximize value from their Eedi partnership, identifying opportunities for deeper integration and impact.
Negotiate and problem-solve: Balance partner requests with product strategy and company priorities, finding creative solutions that work for both parties.
Define and Optimise Partner Delivery: Establish and improve scalable partner delivery processes.
You might be a good fit if you have
Partnership or account management experience: 2+ years managing strategic, high-value B2B relationships (ideally $1M+), preferably with experience in dedicated/embedded partner roles.
Education sector experience: Understanding of K-12 education, Edtech, curriculum, or assessment markets.
Technical fluency: Comfortable discussing product requirements, understanding technical constraints, and translating between partner needs and engineering capabilities.
Project management: Strong organisational skills with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver on complex commitments, spot risks early, and help people stay aligned.
Stakeholder management: Experience working with diverse stakeholders from C-suite executives to product managers and technical teams.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to build rapport and trust with demanding, strategic partners
Operational Mindset: Enjoys structured thinking and process but knows when to keep things lightweight. Must be happy to roll their sleeves up across many areas and not be reliant on big teams or extensive handoffs to get things done.
Availability: Willing to work US Eastern hours and travel occasionally within the US for partner meetings

Frequently Asked Questions
Where will I work?
Eedi is fully remote. From London to New York. We still meet up often though.
What happens at the company off-sites?
They’re a mix of company stuff and fun stuff. Often a morning of presentations, talks/unconference and an evening of food, drink and an activity. Think Crystal Maze, or AR darts, or a hike, or a live Murder Mystery. Even for “corporate-mandatory-fun” it’s actually good fun! They’re often in London but we’ve had off-sites in Brighton, Manchester, The Chilterns… Matlock…and a Summer unconference in Portugal.
Job applications take up so much time! Do you mind if I use AI to speed things up?
At Eedi, we love and embrace AI. However, we only hire humans. We want to get to know you and not the GPT version of you, so please… do not use AI during your initial application.
4 day work weeks, did I read that right?!
Yes! You can optionally choose to compress your full time hours into 4 days and take an extra day off a week once you have passed your probation period. We have Monday, Tuesday and Thursday as core days where everyone works.
When can I start?!
Now.
Just one more thing...
There's one more, very important thing. At Eedi, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We believe that bringing together individuals with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives leads to more innovative solutions and better outcomes for our students. We're proud of the progress we've made in increasing representation across our organisation, and we're always working to do better. We are an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
We don't expect you to be an expert in everything listed above. We're looking for candidates who excel in some areas and have a strong foundation or interest in others. If you meet many of these qualifications but not all, we still encourage you to apply!
We can't wait to hear from you! Let's change the future of learning together!
